As specialty coffee grows, we felt the need to craft a tasting system that is truly representative of the cups we roast and brew.

This led us to create the IZH Coffee Flavour Guide—an artefact that takes the foundation put forth by the SCA, and builds upon it to map the flavour attributes (from bright fruit and florals to cocoa, nuts, spice and more) most frequently found in freshly roasted specialty coffee.

We hope it adds to your next cup, and makes it more intuitive for you to discern and enjoy the flavours in your brews.
