About this product
These cookies started as a bakehouse experiment in subtraction: no refined sugar, no empty flour, nothing that does not earn its place. What remains is quietly excellent — toasty coconut, nutty wheat bran for genuine fibre, and khejur gur lending a deep, caramel-adjacent sweetness that refined sugar simply cannot imitate. They taste of winter mornings in the best way, and they were born to be dunked.
