Our notebooks are made from 100% cotton handmade paper, crafted in partnership with makers who recycle unused textile offcuts into beautifully tactile sheets. Each page has the soft tooth that fountain pens and pencils love, bound into a slim cover in blue, pink or yellow. We use ours for brew recipes and cupping notes; yours can hold whatever needs remembering.

These notebooks are bound from 100% cotton handmade paper - sheets pressed from recycled textile offcuts that would otherwise go to waste, giving each page a soft, deckled character no machine-made paper matches. They live beside our brew bars in the roastery, filling up with ratios, roast notes and half-formed ideas. Choose blue, pink or yellow, or collect the set.

Care
Cotton paper drinks moisture, so keep your notebook away from damp counters and direct splashes at the brew bar. Store it flat, let any accidental spill dry naturally without rubbing, and it will age into something better looking than it started.
