Traceability & Freshness
The beans in every Classic Bold can come from Fazenda Santa Helena in the Alta Mogiana, the same family farm behind our bolder blends. Their sun-dried natural lots carry the chocolate and roasted-nut character that survives cold steeping beautifully. Three generations of picking ripe is what you taste beneath the chill.

Classic Bold is the cold brew we have always served across our cafes, now canned so the fridge can do the pouring. Slow-steeped from a dark-roasted natural lot, it delivers delicious nutty and chocolatey notes with a robust, rounded body and naturally low acidity. No preservatives, no shortcuts — just coffee, cold water and patience. Available in packs of 2 or 6 cans, best served properly cold.
Brewing tips

About this coffee
Every cafe has its house pour, and Classic Bold has been ours from the start. We steep dark-roasted, natural-process arabica in cold water for hours rather than minutes, drawing out deep nutty and chocolatey flavour while leaving the harshness behind. The result is robust without being aggressive — smooth, low in acidity and dangerously easy to finish. The can simply brings the cafe fridge to yours.

Good to know
Serve it straight from the fridge, ideally over a couple of ice cubes. It takes milk generously — a splash turns it into an instant iced latte — and a pinch of jaggery syrup suits it surprisingly well. Keep cans cold and give each a gentle swirl before opening.
