Traceability & Freshness
When the smallholders of Konga Cooperative dry their celebrated natural lots, the cherry skins are usually left behind. We asked them to save those skins, dry them with the same care as the beans, and ship them to Dhaka alongside the harvest. One farm's leftovers became one of our most talked-about cans — and the growers earn from both halves of the cherry.
About this product
Coffee Cascara is our most curious can: a cold brew made not from beans but from cascara, the dried skin of the coffee cherry that most of the world throws away. Steeped cold, it lands somewhere between hibiscus tea and fruit cordial — tea-like, gently sweet, with notes of raisin and red fruit and a light caffeine lift. Refreshing, unusual and quietly sustainable. Packs of 2 or 6 cans, best over ice.
Brewing tips
Use freshly boiled water rested for a minute (90–96°C), a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, and grind just before you brew. Explore our step-by-step brewing guides for pourover, French press, moka pot and more.
Shipping & returns
Orders ship from our Dhaka roastery within 48 hours of roasting and arrive anywhere in Bangladesh in 2–4 working days. Shipping is free over ৳800. Pay with bKash, Nagad, card or cash on delivery. See our terms for the full policy.
About this product
Every coffee bean grows inside a fruit, and cascara is that fruit's second act. We take the sun-dried cherry skins from our Yirgacheffe partner's natural-process lots — a byproduct usually discarded — and steep them cold into something entirely their own: tea-like and fruity, with raisin, red berry and a soft honeyed edge. The caffeine is gentler than coffee's, making this the can for afternoons when you want lift without launch.
Key Features
- Brewed from cascara — dried coffee cherry skins
- Tea-like and fruity: raisin, red berry, gentle honey
- Lighter caffeine than coffee; perfect for afternoons
- Gives a discarded byproduct a delicious second life
- Packs of 2 or 6 ready-to-drink cans
Good to know
Serve it well chilled over ice; a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint takes it somewhere special. It behaves more like a fruit tea than a coffee, so pour it for guests who claim not to like coffee and watch the conversion. Keep refrigerated for the brightest flavour.
