Finca Río Azul takes its name from the clear mountain river that borders its terraces in Huehuetenango. The family’s washed lots are round, sweet and chocolate-led — a profile that long cold steeping flatters rather than flattens, which is precisely why we chose them for this format.

Brewing tips

Brewing Suggestions
Serve over ice, neat or with a splash of milk; a 1:1 pour over cold milk makes an instant iced latte. Steeped concentrate keeps well in the fridge for four to five days. For a shorter wait, use half the water for eight hours and dilute to taste.
