Brewing Suggestions
Grind coarse, at roughly 1:15 — about 35 g of coffee to 500 ml of just-off-boil water. Stir once, lid on, wait four minutes, then press slowly and pour straight away so the coffee does not stew.
Care
Disassemble the plunger every few brews and rinse the mesh well; trapped oils turn bitter. Hand wash with mild soap only.
