Traceability & Freshness
The fruit in this can is grown by the smallholders of Konga Cooperative in Yirgacheffe, whose sun-dried natural lots burst with berry sweetness. Cold steeping turns out to be a gentle translator for their work, carrying the fruit into the glass with nothing lost. It is the same cooperative behind our celebrated filter coffees, chilled for the hot months.

Classic Light is the cold brew for drinkers who like their coffee bright. Slow-steeped from a light-roasted natural Yirgacheffe lot, it pours with a playful fruity flavour — think berries and soft citrus — and a clean, refreshing body that has made it a hit with light roast drinkers since it launched across our cafes. Canned fresh with no preservatives, in packs of 2 or 6. Best enjoyed very, very cold.
Brewing tips

About this coffee
Cold brew has a reputation for being dark and brooding; Classic Light politely disagrees. We steep a light-roasted natural lot from Yirgacheffe in cold water overnight, coaxing out juicy berry notes and a soft citrus sparkle instead of heaviness. The body stays clean and refreshing, closer to an iced tea's ease than a typical cold brew's weight. It won over our cafe crowd within weeks of launch, and the can travels the same charm nationwide.

Good to know
