About this coffee

Elderflower syrup goes into the brew itself, so its blossom-honey note is woven through the coffee rather than sitting on top of it. Serving Suggestions

Chill thoroughly before opening — the florals bloom brightest near ice-cold. Pour over ice in a tall glass and drink it as it is, or lengthen it with a splash of soda water for something closer to a coffee spritzer. Refrigerate after opening and finish the same day.
