How to prepare
Warm the bowl with hot water and dry it. Sift in two scoops of matcha, add about 70 ml of water at 80°C, and whisk briskly in a W motion until a fine foam covers the surface. Sip straight from the bowl. Rinse the whisk in warm water only, and let it dry standing on its handle.
