Traceability & Freshness
For their natural lots, the growers of the Konga Valley Cooperative pick only the darkest, heaviest cherries and dry them whole on raised beds for the better part of a month, turning them several times a day. That long, careful drying is where Berry Noir's preserved-fruit depth is born — long before our roaster ever touches it.
About this product
The coffee that opened our Harvest '24 — and set its standard. Berry Noir is a naturally processed single origin from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, roasted medium-dark so its wild berry character deepens into something closer to dark chocolate and preserved fruit. Smooth, rounded and quietly luxurious, with a nutty warmth underneath. 250 g to 1 kg packs.
Brewing tips
Use freshly boiled water rested for a minute (90–96°C), a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, and grind just before you brew. Explore our step-by-step brewing guides for pourover, French press, moka pot and more.

Orders ship from our Dhaka roastery within 48 hours of roasting and arrive anywhere in Bangladesh in 2–4 working days. Shipping is free over ৳800. Pay with bKash, Nagad, card or cash on delivery. See our terms for the full policy.
About this coffee
Take a fruit-heavy natural from Yirgacheffe and roast it past bright into medium-dark territory, and something lovely happens: the berries turn noir. This first release of Harvest '24 drinks deep and smooth — dark chocolate, blackberry preserve and toasted nut folded into a rounded, velvety body. It is the rare coffee that feels indulgent black at breakfast and stands up to milk after dinner, all without a hint of harshness.

Brewing Suggestions
A French press at 1:15 gives the full velvet treatment; espresso pulls it into a chocolate-forward shot with a jammy edge. If you brew filter, coarsen the grind slightly to keep the body plush. With milk it makes an effortlessly rich flat white — no sugar necessary.
