Traceability & Freshness
The Konga Valley Cooperative gathers cherry from smallholder gardens scattered through Yirgacheffe's high valleys, where coffee grows beside enset under old shade trees. Their washing station is the cooperative's pride: fermentation timed by the hour, beans graded in the channels, then dried slowly on raised beds. Lots this clean are the reason Yirgacheffe's name travels so far.
About this product
Harvest '26 makes its debut with a coffee that lives up to its name. A washed lot from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, light roasted to keep every volatile bright thing intact: juicy citrus, delicate florals, a ripe-red berry sweetness and a crisp, clean finish. This is what a sure hand with washed processing tastes like. From 250 g to 1 kg, thirteen grinds.
Brewing tips
Use freshly boiled water rested for a minute (90–96°C), a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, and grind just before you brew. Explore our step-by-step brewing guides for pourover, French press, moka pot and more.
Shipping & returns
Orders ship from our Dhaka roastery within 48 hours of roasting and arrive anywhere in Bangladesh in 2–4 working days. Shipping is free over ৳800. Pay with bKash, Nagad, card or cash on delivery. See our terms for the full policy.
About this coffee
Citrus Bloom opens our Harvest '26 season the way we like a season to open: bright, clean and slightly show-off. The washing station work on this Yirgacheffe lot is immaculate — every cup pours juicy citrus and soft white florals over a ripe-red sweetness, ending crisp as a cold morning. We roast it light and pull it from the drum early, because coffee like this needs staying out of the way more than it needs roasting.
Key Features
- Bright, citrusy light roast from Harvest '26
- Juicy, floral and clean with ripe-red fruit sweetness
- Washed arabica grown at 1,950–2,200 m in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia
- Crisp, refreshing finish — a filter coffee's filter coffee
- 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg; whole bean or thirteen grind options
Brewing Suggestions
Filter methods first: a pourover at 1:16, medium-fine grind, water around 94°C will let the citrus and florals sing. It also makes a stunning iced pourover — brew slightly stronger straight onto ice. We would leave milk out of the conversation entirely.
