Traceability & Freshness
Our partners at Finca San Rafael farm the volcanic foothills of the Antigua valley, where their family has kept coffee under gravilea shade for three generations. Cool nights slow the ripening, packing each cherry with sugar before it is picked and sun-dried whole on raised patios. It is that patient, old-fashioned natural processing that gives the Flame Blend its signature jammy heart.
About this product
An ode to the flame-coloured blossoms that announce spring, this dark roast is warm, vivid and full of character. Built on a natural-process lot from Antigua, Guatemala, it pours dark chocolate and fruit jam with a heavy cocoa body and a sweet, glowing finish. Available in 250 g to 1 kg, whole bean or ground for any of thirteen brew methods.
Brewing tips
Use freshly boiled water rested for a minute (90–96°C), a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, and grind just before you brew. Explore our step-by-step brewing guides for pourover, French press, moka pot and more.

About this coffee
The Flame Blend is our tribute to the blazing blossoms that mark the turn of the season — bold, warm and impossible to ignore. Roasted dark to draw out deep dark-chocolate and fruit-jam flavours, it holds a heavy cocoa body all the way through to a sweet, lingering finish. Bitterness stays in check because the fruit sweetness of the natural process never lets go.

Brewing Suggestions
This blend was made for pressure and milk. Pull it as espresso or brew it strong in a Moka pot and the chocolate turns almost dessert-like; in a French press it makes a rich, rounded black cup. If you take milk, do not hold back — the cocoa body stands up to a full latte without disappearing.
