This blend rests on the washed lots of Fazenda Santa Helena in the Alta Mogiana, where three generations have grown dense, sweet arabica on iron-red soil. The farm's clean processing gives the coffee clarity that survives even a sixteen-hour steep. It is the quiet workhorse of our partnership — and of a great many Dhaka refrigerators.

Cold Brew Blend Bold is the coffee we roast expressly for the long, cold steep. A medium-dark profile keeps acidity low and coaxes out dark chocolate, caramel and toasted nut — flavours that survive twelve hours in cold water and come out richer for it. Brew it as a refreshing full-bodied cold brew, or hot when the mood strikes; it holds its own either way. Washed Mogiana lot, roasted to order in Dhaka.
Brewing tips

About this coffee
Most coffees merely tolerate cold brewing; this one was roasted for it. We take a washed lot from the Alta Mogiana and develop it to a medium-dark profile tuned for long extraction — low acidity, a full and syrupy body, and generous notes of dark chocolate, caramel and toasted nuts that only deepen over an overnight steep. The result is a glass of cold brew that tastes deliberate: smooth, robust and refreshing, never sour, never thin.

Brewing Suggestions
Grind coarse and steep at a 1:8 ratio in cold water for 12–16 hours in the fridge, then filter and dilute to taste — roughly one part concentrate to one part water or milk. Brewed hot in a French press it turns into a comforting, chocolatey cup, so the bag never sits idle in winter.
