Finca San Rafael sits on the old volcanic slopes of the Antigua valley, where a third-generation family grows arabica in the shade of gravilea trees. The mineral-rich soil and cool nights give their cherries the dense sweetness this blend depends on, and their carefully turned natural lots arrive with the fruit-jam character intact.

The Flame Blend's dark chocolate and fruit-jam character, sealed into capsules for one-button mornings. For this format we take the same natural-process lot from Antigua, Guatemala and roast it a shade gentler — a medium roast that keeps the cocoa depth while pulling through a cleaner, sweeter crema. Available in packs of 10 to 40.
Brewing tips

Brewing Suggestions
Pull as a short shot for the fullest cocoa body, or a lungo if you prefer the fruit to lead. It carries milk beautifully — one capsule over steamed or frothed milk makes a small, honest latte. Store the packs somewhere cool and out of direct sun.
