Traceability & Freshness
Finca El Roble is a family farm in the green folds of Huila, named for the old oak standing at its gate. Three generations have picked, washed and sun-dried coffee here, and their meticulous washed lots give Hazel Reserve its trademark sweetness and nutty warmth. The same beans go into our bags, sachets and these capsules — one farm, one profile, three ways to brew it.

IZH Hazel Reserve Capsules put our most popular coffee into the most convenient format we make. The darkest of our medium roasts, built for espresso: sweet with fruity overtones, balanced acidity, a rich crema and a smooth, gently nutty finish that lingers. Each capsule is filled and sealed right after roasting, so the machine does the work and the cup still tastes like a roastery. Packs of 10 to 40.
Brewing tips

Hazel Reserve earned its following as a bag of beans; these capsules exist for the mornings that cannot wait for a grinder. Inside each one is the same washed Huila lot, roasted to the darkest edge of medium specifically for espresso extraction. Expect a sweet shot with fruity overtones, a dense hazel-brown crema and a smooth, nutty finish — balanced enough to drink straight, sturdy enough to carry milk.

Brewing Suggestions
Pull a standard shot for a sweet, balanced espresso, or a long pour for a rounder, gentler black cup. With steamed milk it makes a nutty, caramel-leaning cappuccino that has quietly become a staff favourite. Run a plain hot-water flush between capsules to keep every shot tasting clean.
