Traceability & Freshness
Silver Ridge is built on washed lots from the Bensa Highland Cooperative in Sidama, where several hundred families grow heirloom coffee in high mountain gardens. We have bought from Bensa since our earliest roasts; their consistency is the quiet reason our café espresso tastes the same in January as it does in July.
About this product
Our signature house blend, sealed into capsules. This is the same medium roast our baristas pull as espresso across our cafés — washed Sidama coffee with honeyed sweetness, soft chocolate and a clean, balanced finish — dosed and ground for compatible capsule machines. Versatile enough for a sharp morning espresso, a flat white or a long milky latte. Packs of 10 to 40, filled at our Dhaka roastery within days of roasting.
Brewing tips

Brewing Suggestions
For espresso, run a standard short shot and drink it within the minute — the crema carries most of the aroma. For milk drinks, pull the shot first and steam or froth 120–150 ml of milk; the blend was profiled precisely for this. A double capsule over ice with cold milk makes an honest iced latte in under two minutes.
