Like the whole Signature line, the Premium starts at Fazenda Dois Irmãos in Mogiana — but here the brothers’ naturals step back to let a larger share of Bensa’s washed Sidama shine. It is the same partnership at a different volume, tilted toward brightness and fruit.

About this product

The expressive one in our espresso line. IZH Premium Espresso Blend raises the washed Sidama share for a livelier cup — velvety earth carrying fruity sweetness, bright acidity, dried fruits and almonds, with subtle citrus threading through to a velvety finish. Roasted medium and packed as whole beans in 250 g and 1000 g bags, it rewards drinkers who like their espresso with a little more to say. Roasted to order in Dhaka.

Brewing tips

About this coffee

Where our Speciality blend keeps the peace, the Premium starts conversations. We raise the proportion of high-grown washed Sidama against the Mogiana base, and the cup opens up: velvety earth underneath, fruity sweetness and bright acidity on top, with dried fruits, almonds and a subtle citrus thread running through to a genuinely velvety finish. Roasted medium and sold whole-bean, it is the blend we hand to guests who claim espresso all tastes the same.

Brewing Suggestions

Pull it slightly longer — around 1:2.2 — to give the citrus room to unfold, and taste it straight before adding milk at least once. In a cappuccino the dried-fruit sweetness comes forward; as an iced americano it is arguably the brightest thing in our espresso line.
