Traceability & Freshness
The blend is anchored by Fazenda Dois Irmãos in Mogiana, Brazil, where two brothers run neighbouring plots and argue cheerfully about drying times. Their patient naturals give this espresso its caramel heart; a washed Sidama lot from the Bensa cooperative adds the clean lift on top.

IZH Speciality Espresso Blend combines natural Mogiana coffee with a measure of washed Sidama for a profile that stays impeccably balanced — chocolate and sweet caramel up front, low acidity through the middle, and a clean, nutty finish. Roasted medium and sold as whole beans in 250 g and 1000 g packs, it grinds happily for espresso machines, moka pots and everything in between.
Brewing tips

About this coffee

The Speciality blend leans on slow-dried natural Mogiana coffee for its chocolate and caramel backbone, then borrows a measure of washed Sidama for lift and cleanliness. The result, roasted medium, is deliberately balanced: sweet without cloying, low in acidity, closing on a tidy nutty finish. Sold as whole beans so you can grind to your machine — and forgiving enough to flatter an imperfect shot.

Brewing Suggestions
Dial in at 1:2 over 26–30 seconds for a shot with dense caramel crema. In milk it turns toward chocolate — flat whites are its natural habitat. Moka pot drinkers should grind slightly coarser than espresso and keep the heat gentle for the sweetest result.
