Traceability & Freshness
Anchoring the box is Finca Cielo Verde in Huehuetenango, the Guatemalan family farm that has grown with us for most of our thirteen years. Around it sit lots from a dozen smallholder partners across Ethiopia, Colombia and Brazil — every farm in the box is named on the tasting card, because anniversaries should share the credit.

This limited release marks our first teen year by gathering our most-loved brews into a single 390 g box — thirteen 30 g pours spanning regions, roast levels and flavour profiles, from delicate washed lots to the darkest crowd-pleasers. It is a guided walk through everything we have learned since the first batch left the roaster, and the most complete introduction to IZH we have ever packed.
Brewing tips
Use freshly boiled water rested for a minute (90–96°C), a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, and grind just before you brew. Explore our step-by-step brewing guides for pourover, French press, moka pot and more.

Bright washed lots sit beside syrupy naturals; delicate light roasts share the box with the dark favourites our cafés were built on. Brewed in order, it reads like a diary of our first teen year.

From the farm
The trail crosses four origins — Guatemala, Ethiopia, Colombia and Brazil — anchored by Finca Cielo Verde in Huehuetenango, one of our longest-standing partners. Thirteen coffees means a dozen farming families in one box; the card names each.
Brewing Suggestions
Each 30 g pouch brews roughly two generous cups. Keep your recipe constant across the box so the coffees carry the differences, and tick favourites on the card; most people finish with three they did not expect to love.
