Traceability & Freshness
Finca Alto Rosario farms the thin air of the Nariño plateau, where cool nights pack sugar and density into every bean — exactly the structure needed to spend weeks in a wine barrel without losing its own voice. The Delgado family has sent us their best high lots for years; this is the most theatrical thing we have ever done with them.
About this product
Fine wine and specialty coffee, formally introduced. For this limited three-pack, green beans from Finca Alto Rosario in Nariño, Colombia rest for weeks inside seasoned wine barrels at our Dhaka roastery, slowly drawing in deep notes of dark fruit and oak. Roasted medium, each of the three lots shows the barrel differently — from vinous berry to soft tannic spice. Unapologetically aromatic and unlike anything else we make.
Brewing tips
Use freshly boiled water rested for a minute (90–96°C), a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, and grind just before you brew. Explore our step-by-step brewing guides for pourover, French press, moka pot and more.
Shipping & returns
Orders ship from our Dhaka roastery within 48 hours of roasting and arrive anywhere in Bangladesh in 2–4 working days. Shipping is free over ৳800. Pay with bKash, Nagad, card or cash on delivery. See our terms for the full policy.
About this coffee
This is our slowest product. Green beans from a single Nariño farm rest inside seasoned wine barrels at our Dhaka roastery for weeks, breathing in the barrel’s history — dark fruit, oak, a faint vinous perfume — before a medium roast fixes every borrowed note. The trio presents three barrel lots side by side: one berry-led, one spiced, one deep and plummy. Pour it for guests and watch the room go quiet.
Key Features
- Green beans aged for weeks in seasoned wine barrels
- Trio pack — three distinct barrel lots to compare
- Deep dark fruit, oak and a soft vinous aroma
- Medium roast, single-farm Nariño coffee
- Limited release; each batch is barrel-numbered
From the farm
The base coffee comes from Finca Alto Rosario, high on the Nariño plateau in Colombia, where cold nights build dense, sweet beans that take barrel-ageing gracefully. The barrels are seasoned casks rested at our Dhaka roastery.
Brewing Suggestions
Brew it black and slightly cooler than usual — a French press at 92 °C keeps the barrel aromatics from scattering. Serve it after dinner where a dessert wine might have gone; it has ended more than one evening at the roastery exactly that way.
