Traceability & Freshness
Fazenda Ouro do Vale leads this blend from the rolling Mogiana hills, where the Ferreira family dries its naturals slowly on patios for weeks of chocolatey depth. Their partner in the cup is a smallholder washed lot from high Nariño — the bright, spicy counterpoint that keeps all that comfort from going sleepy.
About this product
The blend our roasters look forward to crafting each winter. A natural Mogiana lot brings chocolate and toasted nut; a washed Nariño adds structure and a warming flick of spice. Roasted medium, the result is a comforting, full-flavoured cup that pairs beautifully with milk and holds its own in every winter recipe you have been saving — from spiced lattes to a serious tiramisu. Seasonal, and gone when the fog lifts.

About this coffee
Every roastery has a season it quietly builds toward; ours is winter. This blend marries a natural lot from Mogiana, Brazil — chocolate, toasted nut, body — with a washed Nariño from Colombia that brings structure and a warming thread of spice. Roasted medium, it is made for short days: comforting black, superb with milk, the base for every spiced latte and winter bake in your notebook. When the season ends, so does the blend.
Key Features
- Seasonal winter blend, crafted fresh each year
- Natural Mogiana (Brazil) and washed Nariño (Colombia) components
- Chocolate, toasted nut and warm spice over a full body
- Excellent with milk; ideal for winter recipes and bakes
- 250 g to 1 kg, whole bean or ground for any brew method
From the farm
The Brazilian half comes from Fazenda Ouro do Vale in Mogiana, whose slow-dried naturals supply the blend’s chocolate depth; the Colombian half is a washed Nariño lot grown at over 2,000 metres. Two farms, one very cosy cup.
Brewing Suggestions
Brew strong in a moka pot and pour over warm milk with a pinch of cinnamon. French press at 1:15 suits slow weekends, and it is an outstanding tiramisu base — verified more times than strictly necessary.
