Traceability & Freshness
Finca Los Cerezos earned its name from the cherry trees lining its steep Narino ridgeline, and the family treats coffee cherry with the same reverence. For this lot they co-fermented their ripest picking with its own fruit must - a boundary-pushing experiment that opens our Producer Series '25 with a bang.
About this product
IZH Fruit Punch opens our Producer Series '25 with a boundary-pushing lot built on fruit fermentation: ripe cherries co-fermented so the natural sugars and aromatics turn the cup into exactly what the name promises. Juicy and exuberant, it bursts with pineapple, mango and berry punch over a light roast's clean frame, finishing mouth-watering and bright. A 200 g limited release.

About this coffee
Some coffees whisper; this one throws a party. At Finca Los Cerezos in Narino, the producers ran a fruit-driven co-fermentation - ripe cherry fermenting with its own pulp-rich must in a mix of washed and natural preparations - to push aromatics as far as they would go. The light roast bottles the result honestly: pineapple and mango out of the gate, a red-berry middle, and the punchy, mouth-watering acidity that gives the lot its name. Exuberant, juicy and utterly unserious in the most serious way.

Brewing Suggestions
Brew it bright: a pourover at 1:16 with water at 94 C keeps the juiciness electric, while a tighter 1:14 flash-chilled over ice makes the definitive summer glass. Skip milk entirely - the fruit is the whole show.
