The Andrade family at Fazenda Bela Aurora in Mogiana has farmed coffee for three generations, and their small experimental plots are where the White Rose is born. Each harvest, they co-ferment a handful of tanks with fresh rose petals — patient, hands-on work that gives this coffee its unmistakable perfume.

Our signature rose-ferment coffee. Whole cherries rest with fresh rose petals during fermentation at Fazenda Bela Aurora in Mogiana, Brazil, folding a delicate perfume into the cup without ever tipping into excess. Expect bright red fruit, a silky body and a clean floral finish from this light roast — 200 g of quietly special coffee, roasted to order in Dhaka and delivered fresh across Bangladesh in two to four days.

Brewing tips

About this coffee

This is experimental processing at its most charming. During fermentation, whole cherries rest with fresh rose petals, folding a gentle perfume into the bean that the light roast then sets free. The cup is delicate rather than showy — bright red fruit up front, a silky body through the middle and a floral finish that fades slowly, like the end of a good song. Only fully ripe cherries are used, which keeps the sweetness clean and the aroma honest.

Grown at Fazenda Bela Aurora in Mogiana, Brazil — a family farm where the Andrades treat experimental lots like this one as a point of pride. Cherries for the White Rose are picked at full ripeness, co-fermented in small tanks with rose petals and dried slowly on raised beds.

Brewing Suggestions

Best enjoyed black. Try a pourover at 1:16 with water at 92–94 °C, or an Aeropress for a rounder cup. The florals bloom as it cools, so take your time.
