Traceability & Freshness
Fazenda Bela Aurora is a third-generation family farm on the ridges of Mogiana, Brazil. The Andrade family reserves a few small plots each year for experiments like this rose co-ferment, picking entirely by hand and drying the cherries slowly on raised beds until the perfume settles into the seed.
About this product
Our most romantic experiment, in reserve form. Hand-sorted cherries are co-fermented with fresh rose petals, then dried slowly on raised beds at Fazenda Bela Aurora in Mogiana, Brazil. The light roast keeps everything intact: soft florals, bright red fruit and a silky, perfumed finish that lingers well after the cup is done. A 250 g small-batch lot, roasted to order in Dhaka and shipped fresh anywhere in Bangladesh.
Brewing tips

From the farm
Fazenda Bela Aurora sits on the gentle ridges of Mogiana, Brazil, where the Andrade family has grown coffee for three generations. Their experimental plots — including this rose co-ferment — are picked by hand at peak ripeness and dried patiently on raised beds. Slow, meticulous work, and you can taste it.
Brewing Suggestions
Brew it black and let the aromatics speak: a pourover at 1:16 with water just off the boil, or a gentle four-minute French press. We would skip milk here — this lot is all about perfume and clarity.
